The Allegheny Valley School District welcomes over 900 Pre-K - grade 12 students to its buildings to provide an inclusive learning environment.  Students are able to balance academics with opportunities in the arts, athletics, STEAM learning, and extra-curricular clubs, creating a balanced program that delivers a well-rounded educational experience.

The following events will take place: 

Wednesday, May 7th - SHS Spring Band & Choir Concert and Art Show, 6:00 p.m./7:00 p.m. , SHS Marshall Auditorium

Wednesday, May 14th - Elementary band/chorus concert, 7:00 p.m., SHS Marshall Auditorium

 

Both events are free of charge. 

Acmetonia Elementary School will host a Student Creator Showcase for Remake Learning Days on Thursday, May 8 from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.

 

The Allegheny Valley School District will hold their annual Kennywood Picnic on Thursday, June 19,  Ticket costs are $31.99 if purchased by June 5.  Tickets are available ONLINE ONLY.  For additional information, please click to see the flyer.  

The Allegheny Valley School Board will hold its May 2025 planning session on Tuesday, May 6 and its monthly meeting on Tuesday, May 13 The meetings will be held in the Acmetonia Elementary School Forum, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
